Cutlets - Kotlety Mielone - Ania's Polish recipe #11


Ingredients:
500 grams minced meat
1 bread roll
1 cup of milk
1 small onion
1 egg
salt and pepper
bread crumbs
oil for frying


Step #1. Soak the bread roll in the milk for few minutes.
Step #2. Chop the onion very thoroughly.
Step #3. Put the meat in a large mixing bowl.
Step #4. Squeeze excess milk from the bread roll. 
Step #5. Add the bread roll to the meat. 
Step #6. Add onion, egg, salt and pepper and mix for at least 5 minutes.
Step #5. Form cutlets. Roll them in the bread crumbs.
Step #6. Fry on few tbs of oil on medium high heat. Serve!
