Ingredients:
2 cups of strawberries
around 250 grams of pasta
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of heavy cream
few tbs of sugar
Boil your pasta in sugared water (I add two tbs of sugar to the water).
Wash and clean your strawberries. Cut in halves. Process in a food processor with few tbs of sugar, vanilla extract and cream until smooth.
Serve cold over pasta, garnish with fresh strawberries.
