Ingredients:
3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Start with mushing the bananas, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Whisk until all is well combined.
Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until the flour is fully moistened. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Oil loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Transfer your batter to your pan. Bake in 180 for about an hour.
