Pork Chops Under Blanket - Schabowe Pod Kolderka - Recipe #80


Ingredients:
pork chops
some flour
egg
salt
some grated cheese
oil for frying

Start with pounding thin your pork chops. I use plastic wrap to keep it clean.
Sprinkle with salt and seasoning of our choice.
Lightly beat the egg and set your breading station. Flour and then egg. Cover your mean in the flour and then with the egg. Fry on few tbs of oil, couple minutes on each side.
Spray your baking dish with a non-stick spray and transfer your meat there. Cover with grated cheese and bake in preheated to 200 degrees celsius oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted.
